▲ 창원시민 75세 이상 어르신 내년부터 시내버스 무료

[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원시는 내년부터 어르신 이동권 보장을 통한 교통복지 실현을 위해 75세 이상 어르신 시내버스 요금 전면 무료화를 시행한다.

 

75세 이상 어르신 시내버스 요금 무료 추진은 경남 K-패스 사업과 연계해, K-패스 카드를 발급받아 회원가입을 하고 이용 후 교통비를 환급받는 방법으로 진행된다.

 

현재는 월 8회 한도 내에서 창원시 시내버스만 이용할 수 있지만, 내년부터는 전국 시내버스, 지하철 등을 횟수 제한 없이 이용할 수 있다.

 

이에 월 8회 혜택의 어르신 교통복지카드는 올해 12월31일까지만 사용 가능하며 내년 1월 1일부터는 사용이 불가하다.

 

K-패스 카드는 은행에 방문하거나 카드사에서 온라인으로 발급받을 수 있다.

 

카드를 신청하고 수령 후에는 반드시 K-패스 앱 또는 홈페이지에서 회원가입을 해야만 이용금액을 환급받을 수 있다.

 

인터넷 사용이 불편한 어르신은 주소지 행정복지센터에서 회원가입에 도움을 받을 수 있어 해당 카드와 본인명의 휴대폰을 소지해 방문하거나 창원시 버스운영과, 창원시 민원콜센터 또는 행정복지센터로 문의하면 안내받을 수 있다.
