▲ 창원특례시는 17일부터 2025년 노후차 조기폐차 지원사업을 시행한다.

[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 오는 17일부터 미세먼지 저감 및 대기환경 개선을 위해 2025년 노후차 조기폐차 지원사업을 시행한다고 14일 밝혔다.

 

이번 사업은 지난 2016년부터 매년 진행되는 지원사업으로, 올해는 총 141억 원의 예산을 투입해 5,831대의 노후차에 대한 조기폐차를 지원할 계획이다.

 

조기폐차 지원대상은 배출가스 4등급 경유 차량과 5등급 차량으로(5등급은 경유 이외 모든 연료 포함) 2009년 8월 31일 이전 배출허용기준을 적용받고 제작된 도로용 3종 건설기계(덤프트럭, 콘크리트믹서트럭, 콘크리트펌프트럭) 2004년 12월 31일 이전 제작된 지게차와 굴착기 등이 대상이다.

 

올해 주요 변경사항은 ▲배출가스 5등급 차량은 연료 제한없이 신청가능 ▲총 중량 3.5톤 미만의 배출가스 5등급 차량은 기본(폐차) 지원율 100% 상향, 신차(중고차 제외) 구입 시만 추가 50% 지원 ▲조기폐차 대상차량 확인(성능검사)검사 비용 1대당 1만 4000원을 지원한다.
