특히 이번 연수는 산업체 참여 확대와 지자체 협력 방안 등 현장 중심의 내용을 다뤘다. 교육청은 2021년부터 직업교육 혁신지구 사업을 추진해왔으며, 항공, 스마트제조, 반도체 등 지역 특화 산업을 기반으로 현장 맞춤형 인재를 양성하는 것이 목표다.

경남교육청은 이번 협력위원회를 계기로 관계 기관 간 협력을 강화하고, '배움이 곧 일로 이어지는 교육'을 실현하기 위해 노력할 방침이다.
