[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 고립‧은둔 청년의 사회 복귀를 위한 ‘세상 밖으로 한 걸음’ 사업의 민간 보조사업자를 오는 22일까지 모집한다고 7일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 2025년 경상남도 주민참여예산으로 선정된 과제로, 신 취약계층으로 부상한 고립‧은둔 청년을 발굴하고 이들의 일상 회복을 지원하는 것을 목표로 한다.
모집 대상은 최근 3년 이내 고립가구 지원 또는 고독사 예방사업 수행 실적이 있는 창원시 소재 민간법인·단체이며, 선정된 2개소[창원(의창·성산구)권역 1개소, 마산(마산합포·마산회원)권역·진해구 1개소]에는 개소당 최대 3,500만 원의 사업비가 지원된다.
주요 사업내용은 ▲대상자 발굴 ▲상담 및 사례관리 ▲유형별 맞춤형 프로그램 운영 ▲서비스 연계 및 사후관리 등으로 구성된다. 특히 고립형 청년에게는 자아탐색 및 자기계발 프로그램을, 은둔형 청년에게는 온라인 연락체계망 유지 및 안부 확인 프로그램을 필수적으로 제공할 예정이다.
