현장에는 진주 부시장과 관계 부서장 등도 함께했으며, 박 지사는 “댐 방류는 도민의 생명과 재산을 지키는 문제인 만큼, 기상 상황에 따른 용수 관리와 사전 대응에 한 치의 소홀함도 없어야 한다”고 강조했다.
