[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시가 지난 20일 창원시립예술단 사무팀 단원 내부 채용에서 합격자로 발표된 응시자가 이해충돌방지법 제2장 제5조 14항에 저촉돼 심사위원을 전원 교체후 재심사 하기로 했다.

창원시 관계자는 21일 창원시립예술단 사무팀 단원채용에서 심사위원 A씨와 응시자 B후보자가 직무와 관련됐거나 사적인 이해관계가 있는 것으로 확인됐다는 것이 창원시의 설명이다.

이에 창원시 문화예술과도 이를 즉시 수용하고 교향악단단무장 응시자에게 재심사 통보를 한 것으로 확인됐다. 이에 앞서 본지도 이와 관련된 제보를 받고 창원시 관계자에게 이런 제보를 받았다는 사실을 알렸지만, 창원시는 그대로 강행했다. 

제보에 따르면 B응시자는 C오케스트라 지휘자와 심사위원 A씨는 단원이었으며, 또 심사위원 A씨는 D오케스트라 단장과 B응시자는 단원으로 활동을 했다는 것이다.
