[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남메세나협회가 그동안 보조금 지원을 주먹구구식으로 했다는 제보가 봇물 쏟아지듯 쏟아지고 있어 추후 논란이 예상된다.

 

지난 26일 경남메세나협회의 페이백 보도 이후 협회와 관련된 다양한 제보가 본지로 쏟아졌다. 그중에는 기사로 다루기 민망할 정도의 제보도 포함돼 도덕적 헤이가 도를 넘은 것으로 보여진다.

 

제보에 따르면 "메세나 관계자가 지원을 해줘서 500만원을 받았다. 하지만 사업을 하라고 준 것이 아니라서 지원금으로 사업을 하지는 않았다"고 밝혔다. 

 

또다른 제보자도 전과 같은 동일한 제보를 해왔는데 "그냥 주더라, 영수처리도 없었다"는 등의 답변이 있었던 것으로 확인됐다. 이런 동일한 내용의 제보가 있었다는 것이 그동안 경남메세나협회가 어떻게 운영되어 왔는지를 잘 보여주고 있다.

 

경남메세나협회 관계자에 따르면 "전 직원을 대상으로 페이백을 받았거나 상식에 어긋나는 지원을 해준 사실이 없다는 내용의 확인서를 자진해서 받았다"며 "이후 이런 사실이 없었다는 것을 명확히 하기 위해 정식으로 수사 의뢰를 할 것"이라고 밝혔다.

 

한편 제보자의 말에 따르면 "언론 보도 이후 경남메세나협회 관계자가 세번을 찾아왔다"며 "잘못한 것이 없는데 뭐하러 찾아왔겠냐"고 말했다.
