[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시의 헌신적인 자원봉사자들이 나눔 분야 최고 권위의 시상식에서 빛나는 영예를 안았다. 시는 지난 6일 서울 KBS 신관 공개홀에서 열린 ‘2025년 대한민국나눔국민대상 인적나눔부문’ 시상식에서 총 3명의 자원봉사자가 수상하는 쾌거를 거두었다고 7일 밝혔다.

 

특히, 창원시자원봉사단체협의회 박순철 마산지회장이 개인 봉사자에게 주어지는 최고 영예 중 하나인 국무총리 표창을 수상했으며, 합성개미봉사회 김영희 회장과 진희자원봉사회 김영술 회장은 보건복지부장관 표창을 받았다.

 

이날 국무총리 표창을 받은 박순철 창원시자원봉사단체협의회 마산지회장은 41여년간 무료급식소 급식봉사, 사랑의 김장나누기, 경로위안 잔치, 어르신 및 장애인 목욕봉사, 도시락·반찬 배달봉사, 수해복구 지원 등 꾸준한 나눔을 실천하며 나눔문화 확산에 크게 기여해왔다.

보건복지부 장관 표창을 받은 김영술 진희자원봉사회장은 2005년부터 20여년간 복지관 무료급식소 배식 및 청소봉사, 자율방범대 활동 참여, 장애인 목욕 봉사, 사회문제해결 캠페인 전개 등 다양한 분야에서 꾸준하게 봉사 활동에 참여하며 지역사회 나눔분위기 조성에 공헌했다.
