부산진해경제자유구역청(이하 경자청)이 지난 14일 두동지구 내 부영아파트 신축공사 현장 점검을 실시하면서 본격화 됐다.
두동지구 내 부영아파트 신축공사는 총 6개 블록으로 나누어 추진된다.
부영아파트는 총 7,446세대(24평형 823세대, 31평형 879세대, 34평형 5,744세대)로 A1블록(1,552세대) A2블록(1,538세대) A3블록(1,862세대) A4블록(567세대) A5블록(512세대) A6블록(1,415세대) 등이며, 규모는 지하2, 지상33층으로 단계별로 시공시 예정공사기간은 2023년 11월부터 2029년 10월까지이다.
두동지구 활성화와 및 인근 근로자 정주 여건 조성을 위하여 부영아파트의 조속한 착공이 필요하나, 최근 건설경기 악화 및 분양시장 침체 등의 사유로 사업주체((주)부영주택)측에서 착공을 미루고 있는 상황이었다.
이에 경자청에서는 인근 토지소유자들의 염원과 두동지구 조합원들의 요구에 부응하고 두동지구 개발을 앞당기겠다는 목표로 ㈜부영주택 서울 본사 방문, 수차례 간담회, 지속적인 공문 발송 등을 통해 가장 큰 규모인 A3블록(1,862세대)의 실착공을 이끌어 냈으며, A1블록(1,552세대)과 A2블록(1,538세대)의 실착공을 위한 가설공사(가설휀스, 현장사무실 등)까지 진행된 상황이다.
현재 시공 중인 A3블록(1,862세대)은 2025년 중 파일공사를 완료하고, 2026년 상반기부터는 골조공사를 시작하여 본격적으로 공사추진 할 예정이고, 그 외 블록 또한 순차적으로 착공할 계획이라고 ㈜부영주택측은 전했다
