[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 쾌적하고 안전한 주거환경 조성과 입주민 간 소통 강화를 위해 ‘2026년도 공동주택관리 지원사업’을 시행한다고 6일 밝혔다.

 

이번 사업은 노후 공용시설 개선과 공동체 활성화 두 분야로 추진되며, 준공 후 10년이 지난 20세대 이상 공동주택이 주요 대상이다.

 

노후 공용시설 개선사업은 옥상방수와 도장공사, 단지 내 도로·주차장·상하수도 시설 보수 등에 총 8억원을 투입한다.

 

사업은 단지별로 총사업비의 50% 범위에서 세대 수에 따라 최대 5000만 원까지 지원되며, 임대주택은 대상에서 제외된다.

 

공동체 활성화사업은 150세대 이상 공동주택을 대상으로 주민이 자율적으로 구성한 단체의 문화·체육·봉사 활동을 지원한다.

 

시는 공모를 통해 3~4개 단지를 선정해 작은 음악회나 취미·건강 프로그램 등에 단지별 최대 500만원을 지원할 예정이다.

 

진주시 관계자는“이번 지원사업을 통해 안전한 주거환경을 조성하고, 이웃이 함께하는 건강한 아파트 공동체 문화가 확산되길 기대한다”고 말했다.
