[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 노후 소규모 공동주택 입주민의 열악한 주거환경 개선을 위해 ‘2026년도 소규모 공동주택 지원사업’을 시행한다고 13일 밝혔다.

 

이번 사업은 사용승인 후 10년이 경과한 20세대 미만 공동주택을 대상으로 옥상 방수, 외벽 도색, 주차장 보수 등 공용부분 유지·보수 비용을 지원한다.

 

이 사업은 지난 2020년부터 매년 추진되고 있으며, 관리 주체가 없어 유지관리에 어려움을 겪는 소규모 단지를 중점적으로 돕고 있다.

 

시는 올해도 총 1억2000만 원의 예산을 투입해 단지별 사업비의 80% 범위에서 세대 수에 따라 최대 2000만원까지 지원할 계획이다.

 

하지만 지원금을 제외한 사업비는 입주민이 부담해야 하며, 신청은 오는 26일부터 2월 13일까지 진행된다.

 

신청은 관할 읍·면사무소 또는 동행정복지센터에 접수, 현장 조사와 공동주택지원 심의위원회 심의를 거쳐 최종 지원 대상이 선정된다.

 

진주시 관계자는 “소규모 공동주택의 관리 여건이 취약한 만큼, 앞으로도 시민의 주거 안정과 생활 편의 증진을 위해 지속적으로 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
