[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 창녕군 영산청소년문화의집이 청소년 참여를 통한 국가무형유산 보존에 노력을 아끼지 않고 있다.

지난 13일 영산청소년문화의집은 3·1민속문화향상회와 상호 협력 강화를 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.

이번 협약은 지역 전통 문화행사에 청소년들이 주체적으로 참여함으로써 문화적 소양을 함양하고 지역공동체 의식을 제고하기 위해 마련됐다.

이칠봉 회장은 "일본 제국주의 식민지라는 수치의 역사를 씻기 위해 온 겨레가 피의 항쟁을 했던 과거를 기억해야 한다"며 "민속문화 향상 활동에 지역의 젊은 세대가 적극 참여해 미래의 계승자로 성장하길 기대한다"고 말했다.

김하정 관장은 "이번 협약이 청소년들이 지역 역사와 문화를 몸소 경험하며 배우는 소중한 기회의 장이 될 것"이라며 "이들이 문화 계승의 주체로 성장할 수 있도록 협력해 의미 있는 결실을 맺도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.
