[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 운정한울문인화연구회는 오는 14일부터 18일까지 경남문화예술회관 제1전시실에서 ‘제36회 운정한울문인화회원전’을 개최해 전통문인화의 아름다움과 현대적 감성을 선보일 예정이다.

 

이번 회원전은 ‘전통을 품고 오늘에 서다’를 주제로 회원들이 자연과 삶의 여정을 각자의 개성과 감성으로 담아낸 다양한 문인화 작품들을 전시, 전통예술의 깊은 멋을 전할 예정이다.

 

회원전에는 전통예술 문인화 명인이자 한국미술협회 고문인 조영실 선생과 연구회를 지도·운영하고 있는 송정현 선생도 찬조 출품해 수준 높은 작품세계를 감상할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.

 

회원들은 오랜 시간 갈고닦은 필력과 문인화 특유의 여백의 미를 바탕으로 자연의 순리와 삶의 정서를 담아내며 시민들에게 차분한 울림과 여유를 전할 것으로 기대를 모으고 있다.

 

운정한울문인화회원전은 지난 1988년 창립전을 시작으로 매년 꾸준히 회원전을 이어오며 지역 전통문인화의 맥을 지켜왔으며 지역 문화예술 발전에도 의미 있는 역할을 이어가고 있다.

 

특히 이번 전시는 올해 서른여섯 번째를 맞아 전통문인화의 정신을 계승하면서도 현대적인 감각을 더한 작품들을 통해 시민들과 예술적 공감대를 나누는 뜻깊은 문화예술의 장이 될 전망이다.

 

김윤희 회장은 “자연과 삶의 여정을 빈 공간 속에 자신만의 개성으로 담아내기 위해 노력했다”며“그림을 즐겁게 그릴 수 있다는 것 자체가 큰 행복이었다”고 말했다.

 

이어 그는 “오늘의 회원전이 있기까지 아낌없는 가르침을 준 운정 조영실 선생님과 아라 송정현 선생님께 감사드리며 시민들과 따뜻한 예술의 정서를 나누고 싶다”고 덧붙였다.
