[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 밀양시가 추진 중인 밀양나노융합국가산업단지의 산업시설용지 분양률이 50%를 넘어서며 기업 투자와 입주가 본격화되고 있다.

 

밀양시에 따르면 밀양나노융합국가산단 산업시설용지 분양률은 최근 50.8%를 기록했다. 시는 올해 하반기 산단 준공을 앞두고 첨단 제조기업 투자 확대와 함께 산업 생태계 구축이 속도를 내고 있다고 설명했다.

 

밀양나노융합국가산단은 부북면 일원 165만4천㎡ 규모로 조성 중이며, 총사업비 4천17억원이 투입됐다. 나노융합·수소·첨단소재 산업 육성을 목표로 2017년 국가산단 계획 승인 이후 사업이 추진돼 왔다.

 

최근 에코리버스, 한국카본, 우진 등 첨단 제조기업 투자가 이어지면서 분양률 상승세가 이어졌다고 시는 밝혔다.

 

밀양시는 지난해 7월 산업통상자원부 기회발전특구 지정도 산단 경쟁력 강화 요인으로 보고 있다. 산단 내 72만7천743㎡가 특구로 지정되면서 입주기업들은 세제 감면과 보조금 지원, 규제 특례 등의 혜택을 받을 수 있게 됐다.

 

산단 내에는 나노융합센터와 나노안전성평가센터를 비롯해 수소환경시험센터, 액화수소 상용차 실증센터, 첨단나노소재 상용화센터, 지식산업센터 등이 단계적으로 구축되고 있다.

 

기업 입주도 본격화되고 있다. 삼양식품은 제2공장 가동을 시작했으며, 한국전력공사 ESS와 에스엔비아, HA코리아 등도 운영 단계에 들어갔다.

 

현재까지 16개 기업·기관이 입주를 확정한 상태다. 시는 인허가 지원과 행정 지원체계를 강화해 조기 착공과 안정적 생산 활동을 지원할 계획이다.
