[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 양산시가 공동주택 관리의 투명성과 효율성을 높이기 위해 전문가 중심의 ‘공동주택관리 자문단’을 운영하며 입주민들의 관리 현안 해결을 지원하고 있다.

 

양산시에 따르면 공동주택관리 자문단은 관리행정과 회계, 장기수선계획, 건축·토목공사 등 공동주택 관리 전반에 대한 자문을 제공하기 위해 변호사, 회계사, 건축사 등 민간 전문가 10명으로 구성됐다.

 

자문은 전문가가 직접 현장을 방문해 단지별 상황에 맞는 맞춤형 방식으로 진행된다.

 

신청 대상은 공동주택관리법상 의무관리 대상 공동주택이다. 300세대 이상 공동주택이나 150세대 이상으로 승강기가 설치돼 있거나 중앙집중식 난방방식을 갖춘 공동주택 등이 해당된다. 입주자대표회의 또는 전체 입주자의 10분의 1 이상 동의를 받은 경우 신청할 수 있다.

양산시는 2023년부터 자문단을 본격 운영해 올해로 4년째 사업을 이어오고 있다. 지난해에는 7개 공동주택 단지를 대상으로 옹벽 보수와 법률 자문 등을 지원했으며, 올해 상반기에도 2개 단지에 공사 방식과 회계 분야 자문을 제공했다.
