박완수 경남지사는 6일 민선 9기 출범 이후 첫 확대간부회의를 주재하고 기업 투자 지원과 도정 혁신 방안을 논의했다.
박 지사는 행정부지사와 산업국장을 중심으로 '첨단산업 추진단'을 구성해 기업 투자사업별 추진 상황을 점검하고 기반시설 조성을 신속히 지원할 것을 지시했다.
도는 최근 발표된 한화의 창원 우주·국방 인공지능(AI)센터 및 데이터센터 구축, 현대차그룹의 부품 제조 클러스터 조성, 삼성중공업의 거제 조선·해양플랜트 투자 등 주요 사업의 후속 지원에 나설 계획이다.
이와 함께 정부의 남해안 우주항공 벨트 조성과 연계해 사천 민간 합작 연구소와 우주항공산업진흥원 설립을 정부에 건의하고, 우주항공청의 저궤도 위성통신망 구축 사업에 도내 기업 참여를 확대하기 위한 지원 방안도 마련하기로 했다.
박 지사는 새 도정 슬로건인 '도민과 함께 경남 대도약'에 맞춰 모든 실·국이 분야별 4개년 비전과 실행계획을 수립하도록 주문했다.
또 도정과 산하기관 운영 전반에 대한 혁신도 추진한다. 산하기관 인사 운영과 성과·보상 체계, 본청 승진 구조, 회의문화 등을 개선 과제로 제시하고 단계적으로 혁신 방안을 마련하도록 했다.
