[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 형질변경이 완료된 국공유지를 별도 예산 없이 등록전환하는 전국 최초의 행정 모델을 추진하고 있다.

시는 8일 각종 개발사업 등으로 임야에서 일반 토지로 이용 형태가 바뀐 국공유지를 대상으로 비예산 등록전환 사업을 추진 중이며, 현재 300여 필지의 정비를 완료했다고 밝혔다. 연말까지 1천 필지 등록전환을 목표로 하고 있다.

등록전환은 임야대장과 임야도에 등록된 토지를 토지대장과 지적도로 변경하는 절차다. 그러나 필지당 73만5천원의 측량수수료가 발생해 그동안 재산관리부서의 사업 추진에 어려움이 있었다.

시는 대상지를 직접 조사한 뒤 경남도와 김해국토관리사무소, 한국도로공사, 한국자산관리공사, 시 재산관리부서 등과 협의를 거쳐 대상지를 확정했다. 이후 전산화된 지적도면을 활용해 담당 공무원이 직접 토지이동 데이터를 작성하는 방식으로 별도 측량비 없이 등록전환을 진행하고 있다.
