김해시, 적극행정 마일리지 도입… 공직사회 혁신 나선다상시 보상체계 마련·보호관 기능 확대… 소신 행정 지원 강화
[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 공직자들의 적극행정을 장려하고 시민 체감형 행정서비스를 확대하기 위해 새로운 보상·보호 제도를 도입한다.
시는 ‘2026년 적극행정 실행계획’을 수립하고 적극행정 공무원 우대와 보호·지원 강화를 핵심으로 한 다양한 제도를 추진한다고 8일 밝혔다.
이번 계획은 ‘소통하는 시정, 성과로 답하는 행정, 신뢰받는 김해’를 비전으로 적극행정 문화 확산과 시민 체감 성과 창출에 초점을 맞췄다.
가장 큰 변화는 ‘적극행정 마일리지 제도’ 신설이다. 시는 올해 팀장급 이하 직원을 대상으로 시범 운영하며, 적극행정 실적에 따라 마일리지를 부여하고 누적 점수에 따라 인센티브를 제공할 계획이다. 이를 통해 업무 과정에서의 자발적인 개선 노력과 창의적인 행정 실천을 적시에 보상한다는 방침이다.
공무원 보호 장치도 강화된다. 기존 ‘적극행정 면책보호관’을 ‘적극행정 보호관’으로 확대 운영해 감사 단계뿐 아니라 징계·수사·소송 과정에서도 의견 제출과 법률 지원 안내 등 실질적인 지원 기능을 수행하도록 했다.

또 우수사례 발굴과 홍보를 강화하고, 적극행정 국민신청제와 시민추천제를 운영해 시민이 직접 체감한 우수 사례를 발굴하는 등 시민 참여도 확대할 예정이다.
