[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경상남도교육청은 13~14일 예술교육원 해봄과 미래교육원에서 공·사립학교와 교육지원청, 직속기관 맞춤형 복지 업무 담당자 800여 명을 대상으로 '2026년 맞춤형 복지 업무 담당자 연수'를 실시했다.

이번 연수는 맞춤형 복지 업무 담당자의 실무 역량과 전문성을 높이고 복지 지원 업무의 효율성을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.

교육은 맞춤형 복지 제도 운영에 필요한 실무 중심으로 진행됐다. 주요 내용은 복지제도 개요, 복지점수 산정, 맞춤형 복지시스템 활용, 기관 운영자 역할, 연간 업무 일정, 인사 변동에 따른 처리 절차, 단체보험 제도 등이다.

참석자들은 업무 처리 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 사례와 유의사항을 공유하며 실무 적용 능력을 높이는 시간을 가졌다.

경남교육청은 현장 중심의 직무연수를 지속적으로 운영해 맞춤형 복지 업무 담당자의 전문성을 강화해 나갈 계획이라고 밝혔다.
