[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남교육청은 본청 직원의 인공지능(AI) 활용 역량을 높이기 위해 '2026년 인공지능(AI) 역량 스타트 업(Start UP) 계획'을 수립하고 단계별 행정혁신에 나선다고 14일 밝혔다.

이번 계획은 생성형 AI와 '바이브코딩(Vibe Coding)'을 행정 업무에 적용해 코딩 지식 없이도 업무 자동화 도구를 직접 구현하고 활용하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.

사업은 ▲학습 ▲실천 ▲공유·확산 등 3단계로 추진된다. 참가자들은 생성형 AI와 바이브코딩의 개념을 익힌 뒤 업무에 필요한 자동화 도구를 직접 제작하고, 활용 사례를 조직 전체로 확산하게 된다.

교육 대상은 부서별 추천을 받은 본청 실무 직원이며, 오는 8월 7일 국립창원대학교에서 실습 중심 교육을 실시한다. 교육에서는 생성형 AI 활용법과 프롬프트 작성, 바이브코딩 기반 업무 자동화 도구 제작 등을 다룬다.

교육을 마친 직원들은 9~10월 실제 업무에 자동화 도구를 시범 적용하고, 우수 사례를 공유해 다른 부서로 확산할 예정이다. 경남교육청은 이를 통해 AI 기반의 디지털 행정과 업무 혁신 문화를 정착시킨다는 계획이다.

The Gyeongnam Office of Education announced on the 13th that it has established the "2026 AI Competency Start-up Plan" to enhance the AI ​​utilization capabilities of its headquarters staff and is embarking on phased administrative innovation.

This plan focuses on applying Generative AI and "Vibe Coding" to administrative tasks, enabling employees to directly implement and utilize work automation tools without requiring coding knowledge.

The project will be implemented in three stages: learning, practice, and sharing/dissemination. Participants will learn the concepts of Generative AI and Vibe Coding, then create automation tools necessary for their work, and spread application examples throughout the entire organization.

Employees who complete the training will pilot the automation tools in their actual work during September and October, and plan to share best practices to spread them to other departments.
