[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남도가 침체된 지역 건설경기 회복을 위해 시군과 함께 공공공사 발주와 지역업체 하도급 참여 확대 방안을 점검했다.

 

경남도는 14일 도청 중앙회의실에서 도와 시군 건설부서장 등 20여 명이 참석한 가운데 '지역건설산업 활성화를 위한 도-시군 협력회의'를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

 

회의에서는 시군별 공공공사 발주 실적과 지역업체 참여 현황을 점검하고, 건설 현장의 애로사항과 지역업체 수주 확대를 위한 지원 방안을 논의했다.

 

도는 올해 상반기 민관 합동 하도급 기동팀을 운영해 대형 공사현장과 공공기관 등 43개 사업장을 방문하고 지역업체 176곳을 추천하는 등 지역업체 수주 지원을 추진하고 있다. 이와 함께 하도급대금 지급보증 수수료 지원, 중소건설업체 컨설팅, 우수 전문건설업체 간담회 등 경쟁력 강화 사업도 병행하고 있다.

 

이날 회의에서는 공공공사의 적기 발주와 종합공사 지역제한입찰 기준 준수, 여름철 건설현장 안전관리 강화에 대한 시군 협조도 요청했다.

 

또 김해시의 '건설공사 사전협의제'와 합천군의 '건설업계 현장 소통 간담회'를 우수사례로 공유하며 지역건설산업 지원 정책의 실효성을 높이는 방안을 논의했다.

 

조은주 경남도 건설지원과장은 "건설수주 감소로 어려움을 겪는 지역 건설업계의 회복을 위해서는 도와 시군의 긴밀한 협력이 필요하다"며 "지역업체의 수주 확대와 경쟁력 강화를 위한 현장 중심 지원을 지속하겠다"고 말했다.
