창원시는 국가무형유산 전수교육관 활성화사업의 하나로 14일부터 24일까지 마산회원구 가곡전수관에서 'AI로 되살아난 조선의 풍류, 가곡의 미래를 그리다'를 개최한다고 밝혔다.
공연은 14~17일과 21~24일 총 8회 진행되며, 해설이 있는 공연 '풍류방의 사계'를 통해 유네스코 인류무형유산이자 국가무형유산인 가곡을 현대적으로 재해석해 선보인다.
무대는 조선시대 선비들의 풍류 문화를 배경으로 사계절의 흐름에 따라 구성됐으며, 가곡과 가사, 시조, 기악합주 등 전통 성악과 기악을 함께 감상할 수 있다.
특히 AI 생성기술과 미디어아트를 활용해 단원 김홍도와 혜원 신윤복의 풍속화를 영상으로 구현하고, 음악과 연계한 연출을 통해 조선시대 풍류방을 재현하는 몰입형 공연을 선보인다.
공연 중에는 관객이 직접 국가무형유산 가곡을 배워보는 체험 프로그램도 운영한다. 해설을 곁들여 전통문화에 대한 이해를 높이고 세대 간 공감도 확대한다는 계획이다.
이번 공연은 전석 무료로 운영되며 시민 누구나 관람할 수 있다.

Changwon Special City is presenting a convergence performance that combines artificial intelligence (AI) technology with Gagok, a national intangible heritage.
Changwon City announced that, as part of the project to revitalize national intangible heritage training centers, it will host "Joseon's Refined elegance through AI: Envisioning the Future of Gagok" at the Gagok Training Center in Masanhoewon-gu from the 14th to the 24th.
A total of eight performances will be held on the 14th–17th and 21st–24th.
