[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 박완수 경남도지사는 15일 창원 그랜드 머큐어 앰배서더 호텔에서 열린 '제341회 노사합동 조찬세미나'에 참석해 노사 간 신뢰와 상생이 경남 경제의 지속 가능한 성장과 도민 행복을 위한 핵심 기반이라고 강조했다.

경남경영자총협회가 주최한 이번 세미나에는 이상연 경남경영자총협회장을 비롯해 도내 경영계와 노동계 대표 등 200여 명이 참석해 산업환경 변화에 대응하기 위한 노사 협력 방안을 논의했다.

박 지사는 "도민의 기대에 부응하는 도정을 이어가겠다"며 "노사와 현장의 다양한 의견을 적극 반영해 경남 발전과 도민 행복을 위해 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.

세미나에서는 이인아 서울대학교 뇌인지과학과 교수가 'AI 시대, 뇌인지과학적 기업 운영 전략'을 주제로 특강을 진행했다. 강연에서는 인공지능 확산에 따른 기업 경영환경 변화와 조직 운영, 리더십 방향 등이 제시됐다.

경남도는 제조업의 AI 전환을 위해 지역 주도형 AI 대전환과 AI 전환(AX) 실증산단 조성 사업을 추진하고 있으며, 오는 9월에는 중소벤처기업부, 중소벤처진흥공단과 함께 경남제조 AI 데이터센터를 개소해 제조기업의 AI 활용을 지원하는 원스톱 플랫폼을 구축할 계획이다.
