[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 건축물과 공사장의 안전관리를 강화하기 위해 지역건축안전센터 전문인력을 공개 채용한다.

시는 시민 주거 안전과 건축 공사장 재난 예방을 위해 건축과 지역건축안전센터에 지방일반임기제 나급(6급 상당) 전문인력을 채용한다고 16일 밝혔다.

지역건축안전센터는 공무원이 수행하기 어려운 건축 인허가 기술 검토와 공사장 안전점검 등을 전문적으로 담당하는 조직이다. 채용자는 건축물 인허가 기술 검토를 비롯해 기존 건축물과 공사장의 안전점검, 재난 예방 기술 지원, 재난 발생 시 기술적 대응 등을 맡게 된다.

응시자는 학사학위 취득 후 3년 이상 관련 분야 실무경력을 갖춰야 하며, 건축사, 건축구조기술사, 건축구조 분야 고급 이상 건설기술인, 건축시공기술사 가운데 1개 이상의 자격을 보유해야 한다.

시는 서류전형과 면접을 통해 현장 안전진단 능력과 관련 법령 이해도 등을 종합 평가해 최종 합격자를 선발할 계획이다. 채용 일정과 접수 방법은 김해시청 누리집 고시·공고에서 확인할 수 있다.

김해시 관계자는 "전문인력 확보를 통해 지역건축안전센터의 기술 대응 역량을 높이고, 시민이 안심할 수 있는 안전한 도시 환경 조성에 힘쓰겠다"고 말했다.
