▲ 통영시, 8월 첫 주 ‘청렴한 주간’ 운영

[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 통영시가 시민에게 신뢰받는 청렴 행정 구현을 위해 전 직원 참여형 ‘청렴한 주(週)’를 운영한다.

 

통영시는 오는 8월 3일부터 10일까지 일주일간 청렴 실천 의지를 높이고 조직 내 청렴 문화를 확산하기 위한 집중 운영 기간을 마련한다고 밝혔다.

 

이번 행사는 직원들이 직접 참여하는 다양한 청렴 프로그램을 통해 청렴을 공직사회 일상 문화로 정착시키기 위해 추진된다.

 

시는 지난 30일 확대간부회의에서 전 부서장이 참석한 가운데 청렴 실천을 다짐하며 ‘청렴한 주(週)’ 운영을 시작했다. 참석자들은 공정하고 투명한 업무 수행과 솔선수범하는 청렴 조직문화 조성을 다짐했다.

 

운영 기간에는 전 직원 청렴실천 다짐대회, 청렴 역량 강화를 위한 대면 교육, 고위직 중심 출근길 청렴동행 캠페인, 시와 노동조합이 함께하는 청렴나눔 캠페인 등이 진행된다.

 

특히 고위직과 노조가 함께 참여하는 청렴 활동을 통해 조직 내부의 실천 의지를 높이고, 청렴문화 확산 효과를 강화한다는 계획이다.

 

통영시는 청렴한 주간 운영 이후 시민 대상 청렴 홍보 캠페인도 이어가며, 기관장과 간부 공무원 중심의 청렴 리더십 강화 등 지속적인 청렴 시책을 추진할 방침이다.
