김해향교는 31일 대성전에서 정영두 제10대 김해시장 취임을 알리는 고유례를 열었다. 이날 행사에는 정 시장과 김해향교 박기태 전교, 유림 등이 참석해 전통 의례 절차에 따라 진행됐다.

고유례는 국가나 지역의 중요한 일을 공자와 성현에게 알리는 유교 전통 의식으로, 신임 관장의 취임을 알리고 지역의 발전과 평안을 기원하는 의미를 담고 있다.
