[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 남해군이 지방자치단체 적극행정 종합평가에서 우수기관으로 선정돼 행정안전부 장관 표창을 수상했다.

남해군은 지난 3일 세종정부청사에서 열린 '2025년 지방자치단체 적극행정 종합평가' 시상식에서 적극행정 문화 확산과 조직혁신 성과를 인정받아 기관표창을 받았다고 밝혔다.

적극행정 종합평가는 전국 243개 지방자치단체를 대상으로 적극행정 제도 개선, 활성화 노력, 추진 성과, 국민 체감도 등을 평가하는 제도로, 올해는 18개 세부지표를 기준으로 상위 30%인 73개 지방정부가 우수기관으로 선정됐다.

남해군은 적극행정 조직문화 조성을 위해 적극행정 공무원 특별승급제도 신설, 직급별 맞춤형 교육 운영, 적극행정·협업 마일리지 제도 도입 등 제도 개선을 추진했다.

특히 부서 간 협업 강화를 위해 운영한 협업 마일리지 제도는 조직 내 소통과 협력을 높이고 현안 해결 중심의 행정문화를 조성한 사례로 평가받았다.

남해군 관계자는 "이번 수상은 군민이 체감하는 변화를 만들기 위해 공직자들이 지속적으로 노력한 결과"라며 "적극행정이 조직문화로 정착될 수 있도록 제도 개선과 군민 중심 행정을 이어가겠다"고 말했다.
