[브레이크뉴스=김희수 기자] 창원지검 밀양지청은 30일 김부영 창녕군수를 공직선거법 위반과 후보 매수 및 억대 금품 제공 혐의로 불구속 기소했다.

김 군수는 지난 6월 지방선거에서 경쟁 후보자의 지지를 분산시킬 목적으로 후보를 매수하고 김 씨 등 3명에게 1억 원씩을 제공하기로 하고 3회에 걸쳐 1억3천만원을 제공한 혐의다.

검찰은 또 "김 모 군의원과 홍 모 기자 등과 공모해 선거구민 20여명에게 37만원의 식사를 제공하고, 홍 모 기자에게 100만원을 제공해 기부행위와 사전선거운동 위반 혐의도 있다"고 설명했다.

이어 김 모 행정사 등에게도 '선거인 매수, 범죄수익 은닉규제법 위반, 제3자 기부 행위 및 사전선거운동' 등의 혐의를 적용했다.
