[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 최근 몇몇 언론사에서 다루고 있는 경남의 한 농협 조합장 성추행 의혹과 관련해 경찰로부터 무혐의 처분을 받았지만, 또 다른 성추행 의혹이 제기됐다. 

 

앞서 UPI뉴스와 경남매일에서 보도한 내용에 의하면 조합장이 음식점에서 조합원의 아내와 딸을 성추행한 혐의로 경찰에 고소당했다고 보도했다. 하지만 경찰은 고소인들의 주장을 제외하고는 피해 사실을 뒷받침할 수 있는 증거가 없다며 최근 무혐의 통보를 한 것으로 전해졌다.

 

하지만 경찰은 고소인의 주장이 허위라고 단정하기도 어렵다며 허위 주장으로 고소하고 있지 않다는 것을 보여주는 듯한 내용으로 무고로 처분할 수 없음을 밝혔다. 고소인은 억울함을 호소하며 추가 자료를 확보해 경찰에 이의신청을 제기한 상태다.

 

이런 사건은 유형상 대체로 나서기를 꺼려하는데 이와관련한 구두로 전달된 제보와 조합장으로부터 많은 직원들이 성추행을 당했다는 내용의 대화녹음 파일속에는 직원들의 음성이 녹취된 것으로 나타났다. 

 

이중에는 한 여직원이 업무보고를 위해 조합장실에 들어갔다가 신체접촉을 당하는 등의 성추행을 당했다거나 다른 직원들도 성추행을 당한 경우가 있다는 내용이 담겨있는 것으로 보아 직원들이 나서기를 두려워하는 것으로 보인다. 

 

또다른 내용으로는 직원들이 지켜보는 가운데 조합장으로부터 폭행을 당한 여직원이 승진했다는 주장의 대화 내용도 있는 것으로 말을 전하고는 있지만 확인되지는 않았다.
