[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남도는 20일 도청 대회의실에서 청소년 정책 분야의 협력체계 구축과 청소년들의 건강한 성장 환경을 조성하기 위해 ‘청소년 정책포럼’을 전국 시․도 중 첫 번째로 개최했다.

 

이번 정책포럼은 지난해 11월 경남도와 여성가족부의 업무협약 체결에 따른 후속조치로 청소년의 참여활동 증진과 위기청소년의 복지사각지대 해소 방안을 공유하기 위해 마련됐다.  

 

여성가족부와 경남도, 도교육청이 공동 주최한 포럼에는 김현숙 여성가족부 장관, 박완수 경상남도지사, 박종훈 경상남도 교육감을 비롯해 도내 청소년 지도자와 청소년 등 150여 명이 참석했다.

 

먼저 ‘청소년의 마음건강을 위한 학교 안팎 협력방안’이라는 주제로 기조발표를 실시했으며, 청소년 활동지원과 복지․보호를 비롯해 지자체와 학교, 지역사회자원과 연계한 우수사례를 발표하는 시간을 가졌다.

이어 ‘학교와 지역사회 청소년 유관기관의 연계·협력 강화 방안’이라는 주제로 토론자와 참여자들이 함께 청소년의 지원체계와 발전방향을 제시하는 종합토론을 이어갔다.

 

박완수 도지사는 “청소년은 미래의 주역으로서 우리 사회의 중추적 역할을 수행하게 되는 만큼, 청소년들의 마음을 건강하게 만드는 것이 국가적으로 해결해야 할 과제”며 “경남도는 이번 정책포럼을 통해 제시된 정책과 의견을 수렴해서 청소년들의 건강한 성장과 행복한 경남 조성에 노력해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

On the 20th, Gyeongsangnam-do held the first 'Youth Policy Forum' among cities and provinces in the country to establish a cooperative system in the field of youth policy and create an environment for healthy growth of youth at the meeting room of the provincial government building.

About 150 people attended the forum, jointly hosted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, Gyeongnam Province, and the Provincial Office of Education, including Minister of Gender Equality and Family Kim Hyun-sook, Gyeongsangnam-do Governor Park Wan-soo, Gyeongsangnam-do Superintendent Park Jong-hun, and youth leaders and youths in the province.
