[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시 이‧통장연합회는 25일 창원스포츠파크 보조경기장에서 2023년 창원특례시 이‧통장 한마음다짐대회를 성황리에 개최했다.

 

이날 가진 이‧통장 한마음다짐대회는 올해 개최 시기를 앞당겨 따뜻한 봄날에 개최해 화합과 결속을 다졌다. 이번 행사의 주인공이자 최일선에서 묵묵히 맡은바 소임을 다하고 있는 이‧통장 1,900여 명이 참석했으며, 내·외빈으로는 홍남표 창원특례시장, 최형두 국회의원, 김이근 창원특례시의회 의장, 강용범 경상남도의회 부의장을 비롯한 도‧시의원 등  80여명이 참석했다.

한마음 행사에 참석한 이‧통장의 화합한마당 입장식과 박호섭 진해구 통장협의회장의 개회선언으로, 지역발전에 기여한 이‧통장에 대한 각 기관의 표창 수여식을 가졌으며, 그 간의 노고를 격려했다. 

 

마산회원구 양덕2동 노광식 통장은 “코로나19 유행으로 3년 동안 전체 이‧통장과 소통의 시간을 가지기 어려웠는데 오늘 한마음대회를 통해 다른 읍·면·동 이‧통장들과 시정에 대해 심도 있는 이야기를 나누고 이‧통장 임무의 노하우와 어려운 점 등을 서로 공유하며 유익한 시간을 보냈다”고 말했다.

 

구만수 이‧통장연합회장은 대회사에서 “늘 봉사하는 마음과 자세로 행정과 시민과의 가교 역할을 성실히 수행하는 이‧통장들의 노고에 감사드린다”며 “55개 읍·면·동 이‧통장들이 한자리에 모인 만큼 일상에서의 무거운 짐은 잠시 내려놓고 한마음으로 단합하며 시정발전과 시민의 행복을 위해 앞으로도 최선을 다해주길 바란다”고 말했다.
