이날 기념식에는 박완수 경남도지사, 김진부 경남도의회의장, 김현철 도의회 농해양수산위원장과 농해양수산위원, 장진수 경남농어업인단체 연합회장과 농업인단체장, 김주양 농협중앙회경남본부장과 유관기관‧단체장, 청년농업인 등 300여 명이 참석했다.
