[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 15일 경남사회적경제혁신타운 대강당에서 창원·마산·진해 아이돌보미지원센터의 아이돌보미와 운영인력 등 80명이 참석한 가운데 ‘2023년 아이돌보미 역량강화 힐링캠프’를 실시했다고 밝혔다.

아이돌봄지원사업은 양육 공백이 발생한 가정의 만 12세 이하 아동을 대상으로 아이돌보미가 찾아가 돌봄서비스를 제공하는 사업이다.

이번 사업은 여성친화도시 가족친화환경조성사업으로 아이돌보미 업무소진 예방과 정서치유를 위한 ▲“인후단만들기” 힐링프로그램과 ▲“우리아이를 지키는 성인지감수성”이라는 주제로 성인지 교육도 실시하여 일선 아이돌봄 현장에서 활용 가능한 내용으로 구성했다. 

서호관 복지여성보건국장은 “아이돌보미는 가정의 양육공백을 책임지고 아동을 안전하게 보호하는 중요한 역할을 하고 있다”며 “앞으로도 정기적인 힐링과 역량강화 교육을 통해 돌봄서비스의 질적 향상을 도모하겠다”고 말했다.
