[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 창원시는 20일 접견실에서 중소기업중앙회와 업무협약식을 갖고 소상공인의 폐업‧노령‧사망 등에 대비한 사회안전망 구축을 위해 2022년도 노란우산 희망장려금 지원사업을 실시한다. 

 노란우산공제 희망장려금 지원사업은 중소기업중앙회가 운용·관리하는 것으로, 소상공인의 폐업·사망 등 생계위협으로부터 생활안정을 도모하고 사업재기 기회를 제공하는 공적 공제제도이다.

 노란우산공제는 월 5만~100만원까지 1만원 단위로 신규가입이 가능하다. 창원시는 2022년도부터 연매출 3억원 이하 영세 소상공인에게 1년 동안 매월 2만원씩 ‘노란우산공제 희망장려금’을 지원하게 된다.

 허성무 창원시장은 “코로나19로 어려운 시기를 견디고 있는 소상공인을 위해 2022년부터 노란우산 희망장려금 지원사업을 실시한다”며 “점진적으로 희망장려금 지원금액을 늘려나가고 노란우산공제 가입 확대를 검토해 사회안전망 확충을 위해 힘쓰겠다”고 밝혔다.
