[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남도는 의사협회에서 오는 18일 집단휴진을 결의함에 따라 휴진대응 및 도민 피해 최소화에 최선을 다하고 있다.

 

우선 6월 10일 중대본회의 결정에 따라 시군에서는 의료법 제59조 제1항에 의거하여 진료명령과 휴진신고명령을 발령했다. 

 

도내 의료기관은 18일 이후에도 진료를 실시해야 하며, 휴진 시에는 3일 전인 13일(휴무일 제외)까지 신고해야 한다.

 

도내 의원은 1,700개소로 이날 오후부터 시군에서 등기 속달의 형태로 명령서를 발부하기 시작했다. 

 

명령 불이행 시 15일의 업무정지 행정처분이 가능하다. 

 

만약 6월 18일 당일 휴진율이 30%를 넘기는 경우에는 의료법 제59조 제2항의 업무개시명령에 따라 현장 채증을 실시하게 된다.

 

아울러 경남도와 시군은 집단 휴진으로 인한 도민 피해방지를 위해 힘을 모으고 있다. 응급의료기관의 24시간 운영체계를 강화하고, 도립 마산의료원과 보건소 등도 필요시 연장 근무를 위한 준비에 들어갔다.
