[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 양산시는 2026년 기준 중위소득 인상과 기초생활보장제도 수급자 선정기준 완화에 따라 기초생활보장 급여 지원을 확대한다.

 

이번 제도 개편에 따라 양산시 관내 기초생활보장 수급자 1만 4,437가구, 1만 9,834명을 대상으로 생계·의료·주거·교육급여 전반에서 지원이 확대된다.

 

2026년도 기준중위소득은 4인가구 기준 6.51%로 역대 최대 인상되며, 기초생계급여 지원액도 4인가구 기준 195만 1,287원에서 최대 207만 8,320원으로 인상 지원한다. 

 

완화기준은 일반재산 환산율 적용되는 승합·화물 자동차 기준이 기존 배기량 1,000cc 미만,  차량가액 200만원 미만에서 소형 이하, 차량가액 500만원 미만으로 변경된다. 

 

또 다자녀 가구의 승용자동차 기준 역시 3자녀에서 2자녀로 완화된다.

 

이와 함께 청년의 근로·사업소득 공제도 기존 29세 이하 40만원+30% 추가공제에서, 34세 이하로 60만원+30%로 확대하여 근로 유인을 강화한다. 

 

또 의료급여 수급자의 경우 기존 부양능력이 미약한 경우 부양의무자 소득에 따라 부과하던 부양비를 폐지하여 수급 대상자를 확대한다.

 

양산시는 선정 기준을 초과해 수급 대상에서 제외됐던 대상자는 물론 복지사각지대 취약계층이 정부지원을 받을 수 있도록 이통장 회의 등을 통해 바뀐 제도를 홍보하고 읍면동 담당공무원 교육을 실시할 계획이다.
