이날 행사에는 박완수 경남도지사와 군민 400여 명이 참석해 경남 최초 완전공영제 시행을 함께 축하했다.
출범식에 앞서 오전 6시 40분 완전공영제 시행 첫 버스인 ‘의령 빵빵버스’가 운행을 시작했다.
