[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 권순기 경남교육감 당선인 인수위원회가 실무위원회와 태스크포스(TF) 구성을 마무리하고 미래 경남교육 설계 작업에 본격 착수했다.

 

인수위원회는 16일 현직 교원과 교육 전문가 등 9명으로 구성된 실무위원회를 출범시키고 교육 정책 수립과 공약 구체화 작업을 시작했다고 밝혔다.

 

이번 실무위원회는 교육감 단일화 참여 인사와 학부모, 특수교육·다문화교육 전문가 등이 참여한 기존 인수위의 통합 기조에 전문성을 더한 조직으로 평가된다. 교육행정과 학계, 학교 현장을 두루 경험한 전문가들이 참여해 경남교육의 장기 비전과 현장 중심 정책을 함께 설계하는 역할을 맡는다.

 

실무위원회에는 타 시·도교육청 부교육감 출신인 배성근 원광대 석좌교수를 비롯해 송영숙 진주·하동공공형어린이집연합회장, 김경래 경남교육청 초등교육과 장학관, 최광우 사천교육지원청 교육지원과장 등이 참여한다.

 

특히 배성근 석좌교수를 중심으로 한 실무위원회는 타 시·도 교육정책 사례와 경남교육 현황을 함께 분석해 경남형 교육정책 발전 방향과 개선 과제를 발굴할 계획이다.

 

인수위는 실무위원회의 정책 설계를 지원하기 위해 4개 분과, 16개 팀 규모의 TF 조직도 함께 운영한다. TF는 권 당선인의 주요 공약을 분야별로 세분화해 정책 실현 가능성을 검토하고 현장 적용 방안을 마련하는 역할을 수행한다.

 

인수위 관계자는 "인수위가 다양한 교육 주체의 목소리를 담는 통합의 플랫폼이라면 실무위원회와 TF는 이를 정책으로 구현하는 핵심 엔진"이라며 "경남형 미래교육 모델 구축을 위한 비전과 현장 중심 정책을 함께 마련해 나가겠다"고 밝혔다.

 

권순기 당선인 인수위는 앞으로 교육 현안 진단과 정책 개발을 병행하며 향후 4년간 경남교육 운영 방향과 미래교육 청사진 수립에 집중할 계획이다.

The transition committee announced on the 16th that it has launched a working committee composed of nine members, including incumbent teachers and education experts, and has commenced work on establishing education policies and concretizing campaign pledges.

In particular, the Working Committee, led by Distinguished Professor Bae Seong-geun, plans to analyze educational policy cases from other cities and provinces alongside the current status of education in Gyeongnam to identify directions for the development of Gyeongnam-style education policies and tasks for improvement.

 

To support the Working Committee's policy design, the Transition Committee is also operating a Task Force (TF) organization consisting of four divisions and 16 teams. The TF will subdivide President-elect Kwon's major campaign pledges by sector to examine policy feasibility and devise methods for their practical application.
