[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 밀양시는 여성의 사회참여 확대와 리더십 역량 강화를 위해 운영한 '제2기 2026년 여성 성장 class-멈추지 않는 도전' 교육을 26일 마무리했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 여성친화도시 조성사업의 하나로 지난 4월 17일부터 6월 26일까지 10주간 밀양지역 여성 30명을 대상으로 진행됐다.

교육은 여성 리더십과 성인지적 양성평등, AI·디지털 활용, 갈등관리 및 소통, 제로웨이스트, 지역 이해 등 변화하는 사회에 필요한 내용을 중심으로 구성됐으며, 국립밀양등산학교와 선샤인밀양테마파크 현장 체험도 함께 운영됐다.

마지막 교육에서는 참가자들이 10주간의 활동 성과를 공유하고 가죽공예 체험을 끝으로 전 과정을 마쳤다.

밀양시는 교육 만족도 조사 결과를 향후 프로그램 운영에 반영하고, 수료생들이 지역사회 활동에 참여할 수 있도록 연계 지원을 이어갈 계획이라고 밝혔다.
